A Christmas cocktail that sure packs a punch! Sweet clementine combined with tart cranberry, a splash of vodka and a sprinkling of sugar, all topped up with soda water and garnished with fresh cranberries and mint. A brilliant Christmas idea that takes just 10 minutes to prepare. See method
Ingredients
- ice
- 200ml (1/3pt) vodka
- 200ml (1/3pt) cranberry juice
- 200ml (1/3pt) clementine juice
- 6 tsp brown sugar (optional)
- 300ml (1/2pt) soda water
- 150g (5oz) fresh cranberries
- small bunch fresh mint, leaves picked

Method
- Fill a large jug or punch bowl with the ice. Add the vodka, cranberry and clementine juice and stir to combine.
- If you want to add a little sweetness to this naturally sharp-tasting punch stir in the sugar and mix until dissolved.
- Top up with the soda water and garnish with the cranberries and mint leaves.
