Ingredients
- 25g 75% dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 kiwis
- 5g goji berries, finely chopped
High in vitamin C and a source of vitamin E

Method
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of gently simmering water or in the microwave. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Peel the kiwis (or leave the skin on if you prefer), then cut each kiwi into 6 rounds. Pat dry with kitchen paper. Line a tray with baking paper and arrange the kiwi slices on top. Drizzle over the melted chocolate. Sprinkle over the goji berries, then chill in the fridge for at least 15 mins or until set. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
