Sandwich gooey marshmallows, melted dark chocolate, crisp meringue and fresh strawberries between crunchy malted milk biscuits and enjoy. See method
Ingredients
- 16 malted milk biscuits
- 16 marshmallows
- 50g dark chocolate, cut into 8 pieces
- 8 large strawberries, thickly sliced
- 3-4 mini plain meringues, broken into small chunks

Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 4, 180°C, fan 160°C. Space half the biscuits, bottom-side up, over a baking sheet. Top each with a marshmallow and bake for 5-6 mins until the marshmallows start to melt.
- Add the rest of the biscuits to the tray, bottom-side up and top each with a chocolate chunk. Return to the oven for 2 mins until the chocolate just starts to melt.
- Top the chocolate-topped biscuits with some strawberry slices and meringue chunks, then flip a melting marshmallow biscuit on top of each and sandwich together.
