- 5 plain mini meringues
- 2 x 90g packs 9 all-butter pastry tartlets
- 1 heaped tsp mango and passion fruit yogurt
- 2-3 passion fruits

Method
- Crumble the meringues into a bowl. Divide half of the crumbled meringues between the pastry tartlets.
- Top each with the mango and passion fruit yogurt, then scatter over the remaining meringue.
- Scrape out the seeds from the passion fruits; drizzle over the tartlets.
Tip: To avoid soggy pastry, assemble the tartlets just before serving.
