Serve a fruit salad with a twist. Tropical mango, zingy kiwi fruit, juicy strawberries and sweet bananas are combined with lime, honey and sesame seeds. Grill or barbecue and enjoy with some natural yogurt. See method
Ingredients
- 1 mango, peeled de-stoned and cut into chunks
- 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and quartered
- 150g (5oz) strawberries, hulled
- zest and juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 4tbsp natural yogurt
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method
- Soak 4 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning during cooking. Preheat the grill or barbecue.
- Place the prepared fruit in a bowl and stir in the lime zest and juice, honey and sesame seeds. Thread the fruit onto skewers then grill or barbecue for a just 2-3 minutes, turning once. Serve with a dollop of natural yogurt.
