Ingredients
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- ¼ tsp Italian-style seasoning
- small pinch ground black pepper
- ½ lemon, zested and juiced
- ¼ tsp onion granules
- ½ tsp nutritional yeast
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 2 x 150g packs tendersweet carrots

Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the carrots with a whisk, then season with black pepper.
- Put the carrots on a baking tray and toss with the dressing. Roast for 25-30 mins until tender and golden.
