Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • ¼ tsp Italian-style seasoning
  • small pinch ground black pepper
  • ½ lemon, zested and juiced
  • ¼ tsp onion granules
  • ½ tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil
  • 2 x 150g packs tendersweet carrots

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the carrots with a whisk, then season with black pepper.
  2. Put the carrots on a baking tray and toss with the dressing. Roast for 25-30 mins until tender and golden.
