A non-alcoholic version of an Appletini with cloudy apple juice, stem ginger and ginger beer. This is a super tipple for when you want a refreshing cocktail without the booze, with the ginger sure to perk you up. Cheers to that! See method

Pour the apple juice, lemon juice and stem ginger syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice and shake well until the shaker feels really cold.
-
Strain into a Martini glass and discard the ice. Top up with the ginger beer and garnish with green apple slices to serve.
Top tip: To garnish, make a small cut in the apple slice at the edge and use this to fix it to the rim of your glass. If making ahead, brush the apple with lemon juice to stop it browning.
