Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled and halved lengthways
- real dairy spray cream
- 6 scoops strawberry ice cream
- 50g strawberries, stalks removed and quartered
- 2 tbsp strawberry sauce
- 1 tbsp sprinkles
- 4 glacé cherries

Method
- Put the bananas into 2 dishes. Scoop three balls of ice cream onto each banana split. Top each with the cream, then scatter with strawberries.
- Squeeze over the strawberry sauce, add the sprinkles and finish with glace cherries. Serve straight away.
