- Blitz all the ingredients for the chicken mixture in a blender to a smooth paste.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the bread, going all the way to the edges. Tip the sesame seeds onto a plate, then dip the spread-side of the bread on them, pressing lightly to stick.
- Preheat an air-fryer to 185°C. Spray each side of the bread with oil. Cook in batches, seed-side up, for 8 mins. Carefully flip, then cook for 2 mins or until golden and crispy. Slice into triangles, scatter with the spring onion and serve with sauce, if you like.
Tip: Make the toasts up to the end of step 2. Stack together in pairs with the seeded sides touching, then wrap in clingfilm and freeze until needed. Air-fry from frozen for 12 mins, then flip and cook for 4 more mins.
