Ingredients
- 2 slices Tesco Finest Rye and Mixed Seed Sourdough
- 65g soft cheese
- 170g pack ready-to-eat flame-grilled chicken mini fillets, roughly chopped
- 20g walnut halves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 1 tbsp finely chopped chives

Method
- Toast the bread until golden, then cut each slice into 6 triangles. Leave to cool.
- Spread the soft cheese over each triangle until evenly coated, then top with the chicken and walnuts. Drizzle over the honey and garnish with a sprinkling of chives. Finish with a grind of freshly cracked black pepper.
