Honeysuckle peach iced tea recipe

This iced tea, infused with lemon and honey, is not too sweet, and makes for a delicious drink on a hot summer day. Try introducing Earl Grey tea instead of English Breakfast, for a different twist. Quick tip – you’ll need to start the recipe 8 hours ahead or the day before. See method
Ingredients
- 900ml (1 1/2 pints) filtered or spring water
- 1 English Breakfast tea bag
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp clear honey
- 1 peach, halved, stoned and thinly sliced
- ½ lemon, thinly sliced

Method
- Fill a 1 litre (1 3/4 pints) jar or bottle with the water. Add the tea bag, seal or cover and chill in the fridge overnight.
- Remove the tea bag and add the lemon juice and honey, shaking or stirring well to mix.
- Pour into a jug with the peach and lemon slices and serve. Serve in ice-filled tumblers.
