The perfect summertime cocktail, make a jug of this gloriously peachy sangria and chill in the fridge until your guests arrive. This recipe serves two but you can easily double or triple the ingredients to serve four or six people. See method
Ingredients
- 325ml chilled dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 100ml peach schnapps
- 30ml pure cane sugar syrup
- 1 white peach, stoned and sliced
- 80g strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 100ml sparkling raspberry and rose lemonade

Method
- Pour the wine, schnapps, sugar syrup, peach and strawberries into a jug, stir until combined, then chill in the fridge for 2 hours to allow the flavours to infuse.
- Gently pour in the lemonade, stir slowly to combine, then divide the sangria between 2 glasses.
