- 3 small scoops vanilla ice cream
- 50ml Irish cream liqueur
- 50ml low-calorie ginger ale
- Dairy spray cream, to serve
- 1 cocktail cherry (optional)
- 1 crushed Humbug sweet (or 10g crushed candy canes), optional, to decorate

Method
- Put the scoops of vanilla ice cream into a tall glass.
- Pour over the Irish cream liqueur then the ginger ale. Top with the dairy spray cream, a cocktail cherry, then scatter with the crushed Humbug or candy canes, if using.
