Wonderfully aromatic, puréed mango is combined with fresh lime juice and pineapple juice, then topped up with lemonade to make a long zesty drink. See method
Ingredients
- 275ml (9fl oz) kesar mango pulp
- 275ml (9fl oz) pineapple juice
- 3 large limes, 1 zested and pared, all squeezed
- 450ml (3/4 pint) lemonade
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method
- Mix the mango pulp, pineapple juice, lime juice and lemonade together in a large jug.
- Pour into ice-filled half-pint tumblers and garnish with lime zest.
