- 4 tbsp fine-cut orange marmalade
- 200ml smooth fresh orange juice
- 75cl prosecco or sparkling wine, chilled
- 6 rosemary sprigs, to serve

Heat the marmalade and orange juice over a low heat until the marmalade has melted. Transfer to a jug and leave to cool in the fridge.
