- 1 oats sachet
- 180ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tbsp milled flax seeds
- 5g unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp fine-cut orange marmalade
- ½ orange, zested

Method
- Cook the oats to pack instructions. Once cooked, stir through the flax seeds and butter until evenly combined, then spoon into a bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the marmalade until smooth, then swirl through the porridge. Top with the zest to serve.
