- 4 tsp golden caster sugar
- 8 mint sprigs
- 200ml bourbon
- crushed ice

Method
- Start with 4 highball glasses or tumblers. For each glass, add 1 tsp sugar and the leaves from 1 mint sprig. Muddle together with a cocktail muddler or the end of a wooden spoon, lightly crushing the mint into the sugar.
- Pour 50ml bourbon into each glass and stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Fill up the glasses with crushed ice and stir again. Garnish with the remaining mint sprigs to serve.
