Frosé – it’s an Instagram classic all summer long, but it’s also super easy to make at home. Blitz fresh strawberries with frozen rosé wine for a sweet grown-up slushie, the perfect summer cocktail for sharing at parties and barbecues. See method
Ingredients
- 750ml rosé
- 300g strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 50g caster sugar

Method
- Pour the rosé into 2-3 (depending on size) deep ice cube trays (or pour into a deep, lined baking tray) and freeze overnight.
- Put the strawberries in a bowl and toss together with the sugar. Cover with clingfilm and place in the fridge overnight.
- Blitz the macerated strawberries in a blender until semi-smooth. Add in the frozen rosé and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into 4 large wine glasses and serve immediately.
