Ingredients
- 200g mixed nuts
- 1 tsp mild chilli powder
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp light soft brown sugar
- 1 tsp vegetable oil

Method
- Heat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Toss the nuts with the spices, sugar, vegetable oil and a pinch of salt in a small mixing bowl, then tip onto a baking tray. Roast for 7-8 mins until lightly golden and smelling fragrant. Allow to cool completely before serving.
