Method
An easy recipe that can be made over a campfire - it's sure to warm you through and is a chocolate lover's dream. To make this delicious sweet treat you will need a saucepan with a trivet, a spoon for the Nutella and a whisk, plus some mugs to drink from.
- Heat the milk to scalding point (just before it boils) in a medium saucepan. Remove from the fire or turn off the heat.
- Immediately add the chocolate and Nutella and leave to melt for 30 secs. Using a whisk, slowly incorporate the chocolate and Nutella to make a smooth milk, continuing to whisk for 1-2 mins, until the milk is frothy.
- Pour into mugs and serve straight away. Top with a swirl of the spray cream and a sprinkle of chopped, roasted hazelnuts.
Cook's tip: If you like a chocolate-y flavour, use dark chocolate, or milk chocolate for a milder and slightly sweeter result.
