These pretty pots are great if you want a quick snack or dessert that's ready in 10. The layers of fresh raspberries, chopped pistachio, creamy yogurt and crumbled Belvita Choc Chips Soft Bake are a great flavour combination. This recipe serves one, but can be easily scaled up to serve more. See method
Ingredients
- 50g raspberries
- 50g Tesco Finest 0% fat Greek style natural yogurt
- 1 x 50g Belvita Choc Chips Soft Bake, crumbled into bite-sized chunks
- 5g shelled pistachios, finely chopped

Method
- Mash half the raspberries with a fork into the base of a small glass or jar (roughly 200ml capacity).
- Spoon over the yogurt and top with the Belvita Choc Chips Soft Bake chunks, the remaining raspberries and a sprinkle of pistachios.
- Store, covered, in the fridge for up to 2 days or enjoy right away.
