Made with mozzarella balls, prosciutto, and olives these clever little 'eyeballs' are a great Halloween party snack. Wrap the mozzarella with prosciutto and top with your olive slice for a terribly tempting Halloween party snack. See method

- 18 mozzarella balls, drained (from 2 x 200g tubs mozzarella & slow-roasted tomatoes)
- 9 slices prosciutto, halved lengthways
- 18 pimiento-stuffed green olives in brine, drained

Method
- Wrap each mozzarella ball in a strip of prosciutto, leaving the flattest side exposed and facing upwards, then arrange on a platter. Slice off the round tops (the end with the most pimiento showing) from the olives and sit them on the mozzarella to create 18 eyeballs.
