This quick and easy slushie recipe is full of fruit and great for keeping you cool in the summer months. Using the sweetest, ripest fruit is the key to this recipe because it contains no added sugar. Don't worry if your fruit tastes a bit tart, simply add a teaspoon or so of mild honey or maple syrup before blending, and enjoy! See method
Ingredients
- 175g (6oz) fresh cherries, stoned
- 150g fresh raspberries
- 100g ice cubes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 200ml (1/3pt) ice-cold water

Method
- Put all the ingredients in a powerful freestanding blender (or use a handheld blender and a tall cup) and blitz for 1 minute, until smooth.
