Ingredients
- 100g caster sugar
- 100ml water
- 3 rosemary sprigs, plus extra to garnish
- 300ml Tesco Finest Melodist London Dry Gin
- 500ml pink grapefruit juice
- 200ml Indian tonic water
- Red grapefruit slices, to garnish

Put the caster sugar in a small pan with the water and 3 rosemary sprigs over a medium heat. Stir well, then bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and set aside to infuse and cool completely.

Transfer to a large jug half-filled with ice. Stir in the gin, pink grapefruit juice and Indian tonic water. Garnish with red grapefruit slices and rosemary sprigs to serve.
