Build your own prawn-cocktail cup for a delicious retro starter that is perfect for a dinner party. The creamy filling is seasoned with fresh lemon zest and dill and takes only 10 minutes to arrange. See method
Ingredients
- 150g pack cooked and peeled king prawns
- 100g soured cream
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- ½ lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tsp creamed horseradish
- 10g fresh dill, fronds finely chopped, plus extra fronds to serv
- 1 Little Gem lettuce, leaves separated (about 8)
If you don't have sour cream, use crème fraîche or yogurt

Method
- In a bowl, mix everything together, apart from the lettuce leaves. Season to taste.
- Spoon into the lettuce leaves and sprinkle with extra dill and a grinding of black pepper.
