Method
- Pour 100ml each sloe gin, extra-dry vermouth and Campari into a jug with plenty of ice cubes and a sprig of thyme; mix well until the jug feels cold.
- Strain into 4 tumblers filled with ice. Garnish with thin slices of blood orange and thyme sprigs.
