Ingredients
- 4 kiwis, cut into chunks
- 1/2 small mango, cubed
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 1 x 70g pack rocket
- 4 smoked mackerel fillets, halved
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method
- Put the chopped kiwi and mango in a bowl. Combine the red chilli with the lime juice, fish sauce and coriander. Pour over the fruit and set aside for 20 minutes to allow the flavours to develop.
- Divide the rocket leaves between 4 serving plates and top each with 2 mackerel halves. Spoon over the kiwi and mango salsa to serve.
