Ingredients
- 1 large banana, peeled and cut into 4
- 75g cooked beetroot
- 175g strawberries
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and halved
- 1 medium mango, peeled, stoned and roughly chopped
- 75g blueberries
- 50g raspberries
To garnish
- 1 fig, sliced
- 60g blackberries
- 20g granola
- 1 orange, sliced
- 60g strawberries, sliced
- 20g chia seeds

Method
- Put all the ingredients (except the garnishes) in a smoothie maker or food processor and whizz to the desired consistency.
- Pour or spoon into 2 serving bowls.
- Garnish with tight, neat rows of fig, blackberries, granola, orange, sliced strawberries and chia seeds.
