A fun, flavoursome snack of fresh spring radishes dipped in a creamy, fiery chilli and lime mayo and toasted sesame seeds. A delicious dish that can be whipped up in only 10 minutes, perfect to fill the gap when time is short and great for eating on the go. See method
Ingredients
- 100g (3 1/2oz) mayonnaise
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 3-5 tbsp hot chilli sauce
- 100g (3 1/2oz) sesame seeds
- 2 x 240g packs radishes, halved
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method
- Combine the mayonnaise, most of the lime zest and all of the juice in a small bowl. Add the chilli sauce to taste, and stir, until well mixed. Garnish with the remaining lime zest.
- In a large frying pan, toast the sesame seeds over a medium heat, stirring until golden. Remove from the heat and transfer to a small bowl.
- Arrange the radishes on a board or in a bowl and serve along with the lime mayo and seeds for dipping.
