Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 450g sliced greens
- 100g frozen peas, defrosted
- ½ lemon, juiced

Method
- Heat the oil in a lidded frying pan set over a medium heat. Add the cumin and mustard seeds, sizzle for 1 min, then add the chilli and ginger and cook for 30 secs.
- Add the greens, peas, 3 tbsp water and a pinch of salt. Cover and cook for 5 mins. Drizzle with lemon juice to serve.
