Method
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over a medium-high heat. Add the seeds and garlic, fry for 1 min until fragrant, then tip in the greens (they may sizzle as they hit the pan).
- Stir-fry for 3-4 mins until the greens are wilted and tender. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon zest and juice; season.
