Ingredients
- 150g strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 mint sprigs, leaves picked
- handful ice cubes
- 500ml bottle low-alcohol beer

Method
- Divide the strawberries, caster sugar and mint leaves (reserving a few leaves to garnish) between 2 short glasses.
- Muddle with a spoon until well combined and the strawberries start to break down. Top up with ice, then pour over the beer and gently mix with a long spoon.
- Serve immediately, garnished with mint.
