Treat yourself to this wonderful sweet-and-sour cocktail and give this Christmas tipple a whirl. If you don’t have plum jam, you can use whatever you have at home – try strawberry, raspberry or blackcurrant. See method
Ingredients
- 50ml Scotch whisky
- 30ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 1 tbsp plum jam
- handful of ice

Method
- Combine the Scotch whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup and plum jam in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard.
- Strain into a short glass over ice.
Tip: Swap the plum jam for any jam you have at home! Strawberry, raspberry or blackberry would work well.
