- 50ml Scotch whisky
- 140ml pineapple juice
- 40ml coconut cream
- 25ml lime juice
- handful of ice
- lime wedge, to garnish

- Blend the Scotch whisky, pineapple juice, coconut cream and lime juice together with the ice until smooth.
