This elegant cocktail, made with rosé wine, mint, lemon, lime and agave, is the perfect refresher to enjoy al fresco. So easy to prepare, it can also be made in a large jug, making it ideal for a summer party. See method
Ingredients
- 75cl bottle Tesco Finest Provence rosé
- 3 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 limes, sliced
- 10 sprigs mint
- large handful ice
- 500ml sparkling water
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method
- Pour the rosé and agave into a large jug. Squeeze the lemon and lime slices over then drop them in, with the mint.
- Stir to combine, then add the ice and sparkling water. Serve in glasses.
Tip: Turn this into a mocktail by using cranberry juice instead of rosé.
