Ingredients
- 1 x 150g pack blueberries
- 15g fresh mint, plus extra sprigs to garnish
- 4 tsp soft dark brown sugar
- 8 limes, juiced, plus extra wedges to serve
- 100ml white rum
- 2-3 large handfuls crushed ice
- 150ml soda water
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method
- Combine the blueberries and the mint in a large jug. Crush using the end of a rolling pin.
- Add the sugar and lime juice and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Pour in the rum, then mix again.
- Fill the jug with crushed ice, then top it up with soda water. Add the remaining blueberries, lime wedges and mint sprigs. Serve the mojito immediately.
Tip: For a delicious-alcohol free version of this refreshing, fruity tipple, simply replace the rum with elderflower cordial.
