Ingredients
- 100g butter, softened
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
- squeeze lemon juice
- 4 sweetcorn cobs, husks removed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Method
- In a bowl, mash the butter, wasabi, lemon juice and a good grind of fresh black pepper until smooth. Chill until needed.
- Toss the cobs in the soy sauce and cook for 15 minutes on a griddle pan or barbecue, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. Serve with the wasabi butter, to melt over.
