This Citrus Medley mocktail is just the thing to quench your thirst on a sunny day. It’s a great way of using up citrus fruits, too, using a trio of lemons, limes and oranges. Mix up a batch for your next BBQ. See method
Ingredients
- 550ml orange juice, chilled
- 300ml no-added sugar cloudy lemonade, chilled
- 3 limes, 1 juiced, 2 cut into thin slices
- 1 lemon, cut into thin slices
- 1 orange, cut into thin slices
- sprigs of mint, to garnish
- ice, to serve
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method
- Pour the orange juice and the lemonade into a large jug. Add the lime juice and layer with the citrus slices and ice. Swirl with a long spoon until evenly combined.
- Leave to stand for 5 mins to allow the flavours to infuse, then pour into tall glasses filled with ice and garnish with a sprig of mint to serve.
Tip: Turn this mocktail into a cocktail. Simply add 125ml spiced rum for a grown-up twist.
