This creamy tuna dip recipe is perfect for snacking – simply whip together quark, soft cheese and salad cream, add zesty lemon and spring onions and finish with flaky tuna and chives for a simple dip that's easy to make. What's more, this healthy dip is high in B12, which supports the reduction of tiredness. Pack into a picnic with your favourite crudités and enjoy! See method
Ingredients
- 150g quark
- 150g full-fat soft cheese
- 1 lemon, zested, ½ juiced
- 1 tbsp 50% less fat salad cream
- 100g bunch spring onions, finely sliced
- 10g fresh chives, finely snipped
- 1 x 160g tuna chunks in spring water, drained
- 240g pack radishes, halved or sliced, to serve

Method
- Put the quark and soft cheese in a bowl and beat together with a spoon until smooth.
- Stir in the lemon zest, juice, salad cream and most of the spring onions and chives.
- Add the tuna and some seasoning. Mix well, then top with the remaining chives and spring onion.
- Serve with the radishes for dipping.
