Method
This refreshing watermelon smoothie is enriched by hints of spicy ginger. Quick and simple to make, it is the perfect drink to keep you going throughout the day.
- Cut the rind away from the pulp of the watermelon and place the pulp into a food processor, seeds included (these are rich in vitamin E).
- Add the ground ginger and yogurt, then blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve with ice and a sprig of mint to garnish.
