- 200g Kellogg’s Corn Flakes
- 250g smooth peanut butter
- 200g golden syrup
- 2 large bananas or 3 smaller, cut into 3-5mm-thick slices
- 200g dark chocolate

Method
- Line a 20 x 20cm baking tin with baking paper. Pour the corn flakes into a resealable freezer bag and crush slightly with a rolling pin. Pour the peanut butter and golden syrup into a medium saucepan and stir over a low heat, until melted and combined. Add the corn flakes and stir until completely coated.
- Tip the mixture into the prepared tin and spread out into an even layer. Top with the slices of banana. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of just simmering water. Pour the chocolate over the bananas, smooth with the back of spoon and chill in the fridge for 3-4 hrs, until completely set. Dip a sharp knife into hot water and wipe clean before cutting into slices to serve.
