Ingredients

  • 25ml Tesco Finest XO Cognac
  • 25ml Tesco Finest Curacao triple sec
  • 25ml (1fl oz) white rum
  • 15ml (1tbsp) lemon juice
  • lemon peel twist, to serve

Method

  1. Pour the Cognac, Triple Sec and rum into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add a dash of fresh lemon juice and shake well.
