Method
- Pour the whisky, cranberry juice and bitters into an Old Fashioned glass. Fill the glass with ice and stir to combine. Garnish with sugared cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
Tip: To make sugared cranberries, make a simple sugar syrup by dissolving 50g caster sugar in 50ml water over a medium heat. Stir in the cranberries and cook for 1 min. Remove the cranberries with a slotted spoon and allow to dry on a wire rack for 1 hour. Coat the cranberries in 2 tbsp caster sugar and enjoy with your festive cocktails.
