Ingredients
- 1 x pack 2 bake at home baguettes
- 10 frozen fish goujons
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 15g chives
- pink slaw

Method
- Cook the baguettes following the packet instructions. Set aside to cool a little, then cut each into 5 chunks and split open.
- Meanwhile, cook the fish goujons following the packet instructions. Finely chop the chives and mix with the mayonnaise.
- Spread each baguette chunk with the chive mayo. Add a goujon and top with a spoonful of pink slaw. Arrange the subs on a platter and garnish with extra chives.
