Ingredients
- 500g sprouts, bases trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 25g butter, softened
- 1-2 tbsp clear honey, to taste
- 3 tbsp roasted chopped hazelnuts

Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 7, 220°C, fan 200°C. Toss the sprouts with the oil, season and transfer to a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast on the top shelf for 20-25 mins until lightly golden and the thicker middle stems are tender.
- Add the butter, honey and hazelnuts and stir to coat the sprouts. Roast for 5-10 mins until golden brown and starting to crisp at the edges. Season with salt and transfer to a warm bowl to serve.
