Ingredients
- 1kg Brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1cm-piece ginger, cut into matchsticks
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
- Simmer the sprouts in boiling water for 7 mins or until tender. Drain, then halve.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Fry the ginger for 30 secs. Add the sprouts and fry for 3 mins or until starting to brown.
- Top with the sesame seeds and sesame oil to serve.
