Ingredients
- 50ml elderflower cordial
- 25g clear honey
- 100ml Tesco Finest The Melodist London Dry gin
- handful of ice cubes
- no-added-sugar cloudy lemonade
- thyme sprig, to garnish
- twist of lemon zest, to garnish

Method
- Chill 2 small cocktail glasses. Meanwhile, pour the elderflower cordial into a jug with 25ml water and the honey. Whisk to dissolve, then set aside.
- Pour the gin and 50ml elderflower and honey syrup (there will be enough leftover for 2 more drinks) into a mixing glass or cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice cubes and stir or shake until the outside feels very cold.
- Strain into the chilled glasses, then top up with the lemonade. Garnish each drink with a thyme sprig and a twist of lemon zest.
