There's nothing quite like a milkshake to help you cool off while also getting a bit of a sweet treat. Simply whizz together the ingredients and top with a meringue nest and raspberries for a change in taste and texture. Serve in 2 tall glasses for you and one other lucky person. See method

- 400ml Tesco Finest Channel Island milk
- 100g Tesco Finest Madagascan vanilla ice cream
- 100g Tesco Finest jewel raspberries, plus 50g to garnish
- Tesco Finest meringue nest, to garnish
