- 6 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
- 4 sticks celery, peeled and chopped
- 600ml orange juice
For the garnish
- celery leaves, to garnish
- 2 small sticks of celery, peeled and halved lengthwise

Method
Packed with vitamins and minerals, carrot and celery go great together when mixing up a great juice. Teamed with fresh orange juice, their delicate and distinctive flavours work well and deliver a fantastic fresh drink.
- Place the carrots, celery and half of the orange juice in a juicer or food processor until smooth. Check the consistency, then add the remaining orange juice, blending again until smooth. Chill until needed.
- When ready to serve, divide evenly between 4 glasses and garnish each with half a stick of celery and a few celery leaves.
