Blitz up a summer smoothie with this easy peach and oat smoothie recipe. Made with almond milk and vanilla yogurt for a vegan treat, blitz this together in 5 mins for a quick breakfast or afternoon treat. See method
Ingredients
- 2 very ripe bananas, cut into chunks
- 3 ripe peaches, 2 cut into chunks, 1 sliced
- 40g oats
- 600ml almond milk
- 200ml vanilla soya yogurt
- handful of ice

Method
- Place all the ingredients in a blender (reserving the sliced peach) and blend until smooth.
- Divide between 4 glasses and garnish with a sprinkling of oats and the peach slices. Serve immediately.
